Definition of Vision:

To see the desire of God for a region, a community, a city or a nation , and thus having divine Revelation in understanding your purpose in bringing that desire to manifestation.

A Godly vision is the ability to see what natural men cannot see, and you can therefor  see it with your eyes closed.

Victory Ministries International is a global city-based ministry with a mandate to break the curse of poverty and to change the spiritual climate over the City of Port Elizabeth and its environs.  We believe the whole City can be born again in a single day!
